t’was not so long ago …
when you didn’t want to go out with this fellow
but not sure what changed your mind
perhaps then there was no one you can find? 🙂
and yet this guy came very late
oh my … on your very first date

time and again … there were quarrels and fights
make-ups and late movie date nights …
but then your first born came …
and life has never been the same!
young as we were we began to cope …
the challenges of a family when we eloped!

the rag and tag place which we called home
where your 2 little boys loved to roam
then your little girl came now we had three!
oh how oh how can we support our family? 😦

though life was very hard then …
blessings from above were always there
struggles and pains did we endure
now here I am looking from the future
We travelled indeed here and there
but as a family we were, we clinged together!

25 years have indeed gone so fast
who thought then this would even last …
our love molded indeed like silver ..
and praying as well that it will be forever …
